New Best Friend

No, Nolan is not drinking coffee (yet). Although he thinks he drinks Papa's coffee when we're visiting since my dad will give him an empty coffee cup to pretend to drink from while he's drinking his morning cup of joe. Since school has started back up, so has my vice of going through Starbucks on my way to school (no self-control, I know). 2 weeks ago there was a new worker, and he happened to be male. Typically, we have female workers in the morning at our Starbucks drive-thru. The minute Nolan saw him, he kept telling me over AND over that "I like him!" Finally, I told the worker that my son liked him because Nolan was throwing such a fit about the worker not being able to translate his words (he gets a little discouraged when he's not understood anymore). Well, this morning, we had the same employee and as soon as Nolan saw him through the closed window he started clapping, became quite excited, & shouted, "Mommy...he's my best friend!"

I'm now thinking I should write Starbucks and maybe earn some free coffee!?!
