So, we had a heck of a morning! But first, let me give you a little background info: Nolan has a very, very sensitive gag reflex! When he's grossed out by something he reacts by gagging. It started at a very young age - somewhere around 4 mo. when he first had peaches. At first, it was almost comical, now it's slowly beginning to become less & less funny. This morning, we were about to leave for church...I go to put him in his car seat, and notice he has a booger hanging out of his nose! I go to get it, and low and behold, the second he saw it the gagging began. Well, the gagging was so bad he threw up all over himself! Once he saw this, he began to get even more disgusted, so he continued puking which didn't stop until we were able to get his clothes off of him! Needless to say, we never made it to church this morning!
Meanwhile, we've added to our family (temporarily?!?!) I found a kitten at my school that would not leave, and we were afraid it'd get hit or mistreated. So, I ended up bringing it home, and we're "fostering" it until we can find a good home for it. If not, then it'll end up being ours. We decided to call him Yadi for Yadier Molina, but usually end up just referring to him as "cat". This is how he rode home from school to our house.

Hunter & Yadi are actually pretty good playmates. Nolan LOVES all animals, so of course he's excited. We're just working on using "nice touches" with the kitty. He's very used to using Hunter as a pillow and a wrestling mate, but not quite realizing he can't be as rough with the kitten. It's a work in progress!
